Wand awareness manifests in subtle yet profound ways; it can feel the innate qualities and intentions of a prospective owner and resonates with the person's inner traits. When a wand 'chooses,' it often responds with a flicker of magic or a subtle vibration, signaling a harmonious match. This awareness may develop over time as the wand absorbs ambient magical energies or through interactions with magical beings. Some have posited that certain rare wands have exceptionally keen awareness, capable of communicating rudimentary thoughts or emotions to skilled wizards. Others suggest that exceptions exist where a wand may uncharacteristically choose against such resonance, perhaps swayed by external magical forces or peculiar circumstances.
