Singhanias, a name that was looked up to and worshipped like God. They had everything and anything they ever set their eyes on. Money, power, authority and respect were just other ways of describing the family of Singhanias. For the world, the Singhanias were perfect but no one knew about the dark side of them. They were mafias and blood, gun, murder- the horrible things that everyone detested was like a game to Singhanias. And being the daughters-in-law of this lavish, wealthy and powerful family was what many girls dreamed of in the country but for the wives of the heirs of the family was like a walking nightmare. They were ordinary girls until the name- Singhania was lined with them which meant to deal with high-class people, paparazzi and follow strict protocols of the family and do nothing that would harm the Singhania family image. And the worst part was to act as perfect brides of the heirs in front of the world but what if heirs of the Singhania family were adamant to destroy and shatter them to an extent knowingly or unknowingly. One bride was ignored by her husband, one despised and one breaking slowly by her husband. Will the daughters-in-law of the family be able to change the pride of the family or will the heirs of the family will be the reason for their death? (P.S. The description of the story will be like a death to me. I hope the story is better than the description)

It's been two years since he has gone to study abroad. I still remember the day I came to live in this house after my parent's death. I still remember the day when he suddenly came into my room. I was looking at him with shocked eyes because of his actions. He locked the door and started coming in my direction. I knew that I was in danger but I can't move my body. Bloody hell, my body was held by the cold gaze of his blue sea-colored eyes. With long steps, he was coming towards me, and in a flash of seconds, he was in front of me. He grabbed my hair making me look into his eyes, my eyes were close afraid of meeting his cold star but the next word from his mouth made my eyes short open. "Who was that man Jane with whom you were laughing and talking answer me. Who was he," he shouted in anger. I took in his appearance his jaw was clenched and his eyes were burning in anger. H-e-he saw me with him. I knew I was in danger. Now, what should I do was the big question for me. Warm tears filled my eyes ready to slip out from the corner of my eyes by remembering that day. The more memory of that day still you heard it right. First place in The Scribblers Award 2020 for best novel

His cold eyes moved from my face to all over my white lace dress with a clenched jaw. I felt weak in my knees but I was successful in keeping my brave face. "Nina is that you? You are looking so beautiful" he said while looking at me. I blushed I was still feeling burning holes in my back I gulp down nervously. "Have some drink?" he said while taking a glass from the waiter. "No she is leaving," said the harsh voice next thing I know champagne was all over my dress staining it and making me gasp. Before I could react he gripped my hand & dragged me near the pool area where no one could see us. I snatched my hand away from his tight grip "Why the hell you ruined my dress" I half yelled. "What the fuck you are doing at my party looking like a slut" he yelled angrily while pinning me to the wall. Listening to his words my blood boiled. "Let me guess you came here to ruin my mood by showing your ugly face," he said with an angry smirk letting me know his hate. "Stop giving yourself so much importance. I'm here for your mom. My face may be ugly but ugly souls like you are not even worthy of my life's single second" I said angrily and pushed him away from me but he didn't let me go away. "I can hide my ugly soul beside this face but ugly ducklings like you carry their ugliness which can't even be hidden by beautiful dresses because they stain everything around them with their ugliness" his words were hurting my soul. I won't give him the privilege to see my tears. With all my power I pushed him making him stumble and fall into the pool. "Happy birthday," saying that I tried to walk away with a victory smirk but he didn't let me go. Things he did to me after that still send a shiver down my spine. One thing was clear that day I would never want to see his face again in this life. But I don't know why the hell I am standing in front of him in church wearing a wedding gown. Looking at his victory angry smirk plastered to his face with my glassy eyes.

"You are late Hazel, it's almost time," Katrin said as she came running out of the stage looking exhausted. "I know. Thank you for covering for me" I thanked and ran to change into the outfit which I didn't even like a bit. I could hear DJ announcing my stage name. I took a deep breath and put on a mask that hides my half face from all the predators present here. With a hammering heart, I walked on stage. I'm never going to get used to it. People cheered for me as I walked on stage but my steps halted as soon as they met with cold forest green eyes. With a clenched jaw, he kept looking at me making my whole body go numb. His forest green cold eyes moved all over my barely dressed body and it made my heartbeat in fear. He looked at me as if he recognized me but I knew he wouldn't. I put the agitation I was feeling aside and focused on my performance as the crowd cheered for me. I gracefully completed my dance and as soon as I was done I ran backstage feeling fear. He didn't even once take his eyes away from me and it was giving me a bad feeling. Without changing I ran fast and grabbed my things. "Where are you going" asked Katrin in her confused voice. "I need to go," I said in a rush panic voice and ran outside while putting my coat to cover my almost naked body. I was still wearing my mask to hide my identity. In seconds I was near the exit but before I could go out a firm hand was placed on my wrist. Next thing I found myself pinned to the wall making my breath jagger as my eyes met with cold angry forest green eyes. The next words from his mouth pulled ground beneath my feet spreading bad chills to all my body parts. "You thought I won't recognize you"

"What are you doing here," he asked in bitterness making me curl my fingers and dig my nails in my palm in fear. "I. I just came to keep it" I stammered while not daring to look into his gray cold eyes. Without saying anything he moved in my direction and took the envelope and tore it into small pieces while looking straight into my wide fearful eyes. Then he threw torn pieces in my face. He grabbed my upper arm in a tight grip and dragged me near him making a gasp left out of my mouth. "Do you think after deceiving me you can get away from me this easily?" he asked in his cold voice making goosebumps form all over my body. I swallowed and said the words which I have said a thousand times to him before. "I'm sorry" I whispered in my small voice. Listening to it his eyes became darker. I should have not disguised myself as a boy to get this job. "You should be," he said in his cold voice while letting go of my arm and trying to control his anger. "If you're so sorry about it then sign these papers and let me decide how sorry you are after betraying me," he said in his cold angry voice while throwing paper on his desk. I just kept looking at the file with teary eyes. "Why now you don't feel sorry anymore" he mocked me. If me signing this paper will let him know how I regret doing it then I will sign them. With glassy eyes, I took the file and pen and signed the papers without even reading them. I just want to get away from him. I turned to get out of his life but he grabbed my wrist in a firm grip and pulled me back to his hard chest. I didn't want to cry in front of him but a long traitor tear slipped from the corner of my left eye. "Now I will show you what I do to the liars," he said in his cold voice with an angry smirk on his lips while wiping the long trail of tears away from my cheeks. His words pass a shiver to my whole body making me look at him with glassy eyes. What have I caught myself into after signing those papers without reading?
