Her mother gave to her the rare and precious gift of skin-changing before she died. Most of the time she is an elf, but when she changes, she is a lion, a wolf, and even a blue fire-breathing dragon. Luna is of the ancient race of skin-changers, that was killed off by orcs long ago. Most of Middle Earth have forgotten that they were once a great race. Her father and herself happen to be the last two skin-changers alive. Luna usually takes the form of a human woman, but she can change into a huge white wolf. She has issues with controlling her wolf form. This is a story of finding ones self, betrayal, heartbreak, loyalty, and love.
