Technology has taken over the world. Val, one of the few humans left on earth, is asked by a group of rebels to help them destroy the Motherboard (the ginormous fortress that controls all robots and technology) and rebuild the world and make it a safe place. Rev, Val's best friend, longs for a better life. He doesn't want to keep living his life in fear of death every day. He wants to live, not only survive. He believes in Val and that she can save the human race and lead them to a better life. She isn't so confident though. Will Val become the leader everyone wants her to be? Will the human race be saved?
