I used to a lot more, but, the downfalls seem a lot less daunting now that I have someone to free-fall with," I replied, and I looked up to see him smile a little at that, "We're just dancing in the rain these days.. there's no need to be afraid of the inevitable clouds that are gonna pop up." • • • College. She is the bad girl. Mean. Sarcastic. Tattoos. Piercings. Ripped jeans. Bad grades. Disruptive. That's how one would describe Annalisa Evans. He is the good boy. Quiet. Used. Walked over. Four eyes. Smart. Good grades. Tacky sweaters. That's how one would describe Kade Mathis. What if, this wasn't the case. What if, that were a cover up. What if, the bad girl isn't actually the bad girl. What if, the good boy, isn't actually the good boy. But if that were true, then who does the senior grade really know.

"I dare you to kiss the girl on your right." The girl on the right. . . my sleep deprived mind made out sluggishly. Girl on the right, it repeated again and my eyes flew open, all atom of sleep disappearing from them. I was the girl on the right! *** Bullied for the colour of her skin ever since she could remember, Olayinka doesn't know what it means to be accepted. She's called trash and treated as an outcast all because of the school's resident bad boy and top bully, Kian Fields. Senior year starts with Kian suddenly becoming very nice and naive Olayinka, unaccustomed to this type of attention and desperately wishing for acceptance, begins to fall for him. That is, until Jayden Ross enters the equation. Jayden is nerdy, wears ugly glasses and is definitely not Olayinka's kind of guy. But as he aids Olayinka in standing up for herself, she can't help but be drawn to his shy and gentle exterior. With Kian showering his attention on her and Jayden, who looks out for her all the time, Olayinka is attracted to both of them. Could this be her very own love triangle or is it just in her head? But maybe, just maybe she'll finally be able to live as any other teen her age would, worrying about boys and perhaps she'll finally be considered normal. *** Second Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Undiscovered Awards 2020*** ***Feautured in Wattpad Ambassador NG reading list*** ***First Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Evergreen Awards*** ***Third Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Faith Awards***
