I know what addiction is, I've been through it and only realised that I was addicted when I saw that I checked off almost all the boxes in the checklist to apply for therapy and this book is all about therapy for many who can't afford it. its not just my opinions though, You as well can message or comment about your addiction or how your feeling and I will make a chapter dedicated to it, Remember every addiction is different and this is my little guide to it.
