After the war has ended, Mikasa and Eren have completely lost contact. After an accident, they run into each other again, but do you think it'll go down well? Also explanation on this story. If there is any confusion, even though Eren and Mikasa didn't run away together in this lifetime, they still separately ran away. The war ended shortly after they ran away and Mikasa and Eren met by the time it was over. Historia was also not in the war at all due to her being pregnant.
