**MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE SERIES FINALE OF STAR WARS REBELS** Sabine has followed up some leads over the years about Ezra, but everything only ever turns up to be a wild loth cat chase. Rebuilding Lothal and fighting the Empire hasn't given her much time to do a full out search for her old friend, but after the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor she finally had time to look with the help of ex-Jedi Ahsoka Tano she's off on one final mission to find Ezra or bust. But the Empire's far from gone. The Rebellion is ready to fight the last fight for freedom. And Ezra is closer than Sabine would ever imagine.

This story takes place after the final of Star Wars Rebels. Sabine and Ahsoka are looking for Ezra. After all the years Sabine has been protecting Lothal, she finally wants to find Ezra and bring him home together with Ahsoka. Will they find him?

Following the events of New Dawn, Hera and Kanan travel to the planet of Lothal and meet a very special child who will change their lives.

I know there are so many of these out there but I wanted to try my hand at one-shots. Mostly will be Kanan and Ezra, father and son, fluff. *I own nothing.*

Author's Note -----The Star Wars Rebels episode "Jedi Night," while being a beautiful episode, had an ending that was very... *ahem*... dissatisfying (If you've seen the episode you know what I mean). So I have re-written the episode with mostly* the same plot, but ending the way everyone wanted it to end. *I took creative liberty with a few minor plot points.
