Distraught, Izuku speaks to his dad, who offers to take him to America with him for the time being. Izuku leaves Japan for 10 years, but even with being gone for all that time, he still dreams of becoming a hero, so after 10 long years and some new quirks, he returns so he can attend U.A and make his dreams a reality.
