Gerard Way is the school's Norman Bates. He's freaky, he acts like he's constantly anticipating something, and he does taxidermy. People fear him, and quite honestly, he gets off on it. There are so many bad rumors circulating about him that even he isn't sure which ones are true. Meanwhile, Frank Iero has a reputation for himself. He's an idiot. A comedic one, especially with his friend James, but an idiot. He once came to school high off his ass and passed his math exam with flying colors. It was a dumb move, but an entertaining one. Gerard Way is a virgin. A pathetic, gay, red-haired little virgin. But he was okay with that. People in school avoided him, hell, they didn't even know who he was, and that was how it was. Until a good 'friend' of Gerard's started a rumor. A rumor that was bound to destroy everything Gerard had come to know, and even a little more in the process. Two boys move into the Iero house as foster kids. The younger brother is like a parental figure for his older brother who lost most of his memory and developed a mental disorder after an accident. But Frank Iero is there to help the older brother through a lot of things and surprisingly, the older brother begins to trust Frank more than he trusts his younger brother.

It all starts when his new neighbors move in. Frank didn't know it was possible to hate two people so much, but they don't leave him alone! He'd do anything to get them to stop bothering him, which is why he makes a bet with Brendon. It's the neighbors that lead him to the bet, but it's the bet that leads him to Gerard.
