I live in a pretty screwed up world. I mean, we all do, but mine's a little more screwed up than your average American city. First off, I have that cliché sort of crush on my best friend. The second part of that cliché is that he's interested in every other girl but me. Second, we have superheroes. A lot of them. Flying everywhere like annoying insects, teleporting like it doesn't scare the crap out of the rest of us, defeating bad guys like they're the new Mr. Incredible. The whole works. The third thing is, I'm one of those superheroes. My name is Kiera Knight, but the rest of the world knows me as Shadow. _________________________ Kiera Knight has been saving Cryptic City from her nemesis, Blaze, for two years now. As soon as she thinks she's got him under control, the wildfire spreads chaos through both of her lives-as Shadow and Kiera. But she soon finds out that masks can't hide every secret, and she might have been helping guard a secret that could put Cryptic City in ruins. "I hate supervillains. Twistedfoot was originally Twistedpaw, a broken tom both inside and out from having crushed dreams of becoming a warrior, but with his twisted paw that he was unfortunately given at birth, he became the medicine cat's apprentice. Finally Twistedpaw found meaning in himself to not feel useless anymore because he would still be helping his clan, but not with claws or fangs, but with herbs and care. So Sootpelt, the medicine cat takes Twistedpaw to the moon pool to become the new medicine cat apprentice of Riseclan along side him. But Twistedpaw was not expecting anything with what he got with this new title of his; with his choice, he is given the choice to have a curse that would make him the full murderer of his forest, or to curse another cat that is not yet born. Sadly, Twistedpaw selfishly curses an innocent cat for his own self to live a better, more useful life of a medicine cat apprentice with Sootpelt. Yet it is only mentioned of death, two kits are born with black pelts resembling the lightless hope the forest has to recover from a nasty blow that would end the clans forever.. ''His pelt will be black as night and like his soul, his eyes blue as ice and his heart cold as stone."

StarClan's time is over. They never helped the Clans when they were needed most. Sharkshade won't let their influence corrupt the newly formed ShadeClan, and will do anything to prevent it. Even kill her own warriors. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Swordsnout is horrified at what his sister has become. Sure, he was concerned about her believing that StarClan was against them, but figured that she was still grieving over the loss of their parents. However, it's clear that she's taken that belief to the next level. Anyone who even mentions StarClan is executed.
