Kokichi Ouma is a 15 year old 'boy' that got adopted because of a tragic event that happened. Kokichi doesn't really consider them 'his' family and ignores them half of the time. Shuichi Saihara is a 17 year old boy and has a little 'brother' that always ignores him and even yells at him. Shuichi wants to protect 'him' no matter what.
