This was an assignment my Business English teacher gave my class last year (2019). We had to pick one of Morrie's aphorisms and write a 500 word essay about how it relates to our lives. I typed it in Wattpad because it tells you how many words you have. Now it's just sitting here so I decided to post it. There's two parts here and even though one says 'final draft' I don't remember which one I actually used. Anyway, I hope you like it. 😁

What are you going to do if you know you'll die soon? Who are the people you want to see before your die? Where do you want to go before your death? Aeric finds himself dead after an accident with his beloved girl, Parisa. He watched her cries and mourn for him. As well as everyone else. He heard them, he listens yet he is alone. He can watch everyone but he can't see other souls like him. But also he can see colors of light flowing to every person he loves. Then as he watches himself being buried and waited for heaven to take him, but months had pass and days gone by and there are no signs of heaven or hell. He is just stuck in the middle. Middle of life and death. Middle of everything.
