During the battle of the End Sasuke and Naruto come to the conclusion that the village is bad for the both of them, however so is Orochimaru, they then decide to make their own way, they are two sides of the same coin, and they create their own safe haven, The Village of Space and Time

During the sealing Minato tries to put the Yin half in himself until he realizes that in doing so it would remove Naruto's soul so he pushes the soul back in, however once he looks inside himself he will remember all of his past lives, In a very strange way.

Naruto wasn't born Namikaze, instead he was born Uchiha Uzumaki, the bloodlines within him mixed, he is both Ashura and Indra's reincarnations, as such he is destined to gain legendary power, comparable to that of the sage of six paths. I don't own Naruto

After Haku 'Kills' Sasuke, Naruto is knocked unconcious and given a scroll before being tossed in the water, his team deem him KIA and move on with their lives, however Naruto awakens in a cave near the land of waves, Zabuza's cave to be exact and he makes a new ninja way, becoming a great swordsman of the mist.

In a botched sealing Minato accidentally allows Naruto to speak with all of his dead ancestors and the greatest men of their time via his Mindscape as an unspoken deal with the Shinigami.
