Briseis Montgomery, a 19 year old girl who just got out of school, finds herself in a bad situation with her former boyfriend, king. king, a drug dealer, a thug, all of that. he becomes abusive and violent towards her after he starts to gain more money from his drug dealing. she finds no hope. that's until she meets somebody that she never knew would change her life for the better.
