Casimer Fuller is a 19 year old graduate who has been given a chance to live among divine beings known as "Ithuriel". These beings resemble Angelic creatures, and every 1000 years, they give pity to the mortal world, and allow a single human entry into the divine Families. This pity is, however, a facade. As there are many Ithuriel Families, with divided beliefs, tastes and such, wars are waged physically, and politically. Banishment, blood, sacrifice, torture and all that lies between are used, including these "lucky" humans. I wild card with former blood of the mortal is the most appealing way to turn the tide.
