It's truely his greatest accomplishment convincing Monk to go out on their last night... to bad that his track record of getting in trouble while drinking is consistent in New York too. ╮(╯∀╰)╭ Tul meets Pavel while the little brat is being rude and trying to steal his taxi when he is just trying to get to his hotel and read a brochure. Pavel was not counting on falling in love at first sight with this overly uptight guy (it's just a taxi!) while trying to hide from a guy that looked like he drank steroids rather than milk as a baby.
