Five years after Toms disappearance... Edd gained feelings of sadness and loneliness, even when his other friends are there with him. He sometimes forgets to take care of himself since he worries about his friends more than himself, meaning he forgets to take his prescribed medication and to eat often. It seems like the only comfort he has is his friends and his favorite soda... Matt became much less energized and silly than he used to be. He'd only admire himself when he's alone and he'd only brag about his greatness as a joke. He's rather sad, but usually Edd keeps him company when he needs a shoulder to cry on. And Tord... Poor.. Poor Tord. He was on the verge to leave for the army, he was already packed.. But the disappearance of his enemy left him in emotional shambles. He never understood how he could feel so much pain for someone he swore that he hated. Of course with his state of mind, he was never able to leave for the army. He needed Edd and Matt too much at a time like this, even after five years he could never leave his home... They always prayed that Tom would come back.. Then one dark night their prayers were answered... But.. Is this a good thing?

(oof) Tom is a normal guy hanging with his normal friends. At least, that's what he wants them to believe. Due to his "unique" appearance, he was tested on after his parents died. Unfortunately, one of those tests failed miserably, and now Tom is stuck with a horrid demon in his body, one that only activates if he is afraid. Not being afraid is hard, especially for him. Even though he's gotten better at controlling his fears, he worries for Edd and Matt when they fight. He knows it's because of him. Edd has been more abusive and furious with Tom with each passing day. And it's hard not being afraid when Tord joins the picture. As his childhood bully, it isn't hard to not have fears about him. Tom is a fucking idiot. Tord is too. What happens when they both want to die? I hate Dear Starboy and the TomTord ship, so here's my (improved) take on the tragic tale. The world revolves around you. Everyone does. But you revolve around me. And even though we weren't meant for each other in the slightest, We will always find our way back.

Growing up Tord always tried to make Tom cower in fear, but Tom was never afraid of Tord to even show a response to his attempts to scare him. It started when they were only children.. Tom was rather innocent when they were kids, so whenever Tord tried to scare him, he'd just giggle and say "You're not scary Tordy!". This would always would make Tord upset and make him question himself if he was scary enough to fulfill his dream to take over the world. That's when he figured a machine of some sort might be able to help him do it. He started learning how to tinker with little devices at this age, he self taught himself this as well. At their teenage years.. Tord kept attempting to pull pranks that would scare anyone, but Tom never even flinched, even when Tord pulled the "Edd's dead" card and even made a fake corpse of Edd. Tom never fell for the pranks and always used to tell Tord what he did wrong, and even give him tips on how to REALLY scare him, which even when Tord used those tips it never worked anyway. On to their adult years when they went to live together with Edd and Matt, Tord STILL couldn't scare him! Even when he would steal Toms precious items and threaten to break them, Tom would just say, "Well then you gotta buy me a new one." Which would stop Tord since he needed to save up for his robot. Now Tord has taken over Russia, Brazil, and Germany and the Eddsworld crew knows they have to stop it at once before he goes any further!

Edd, Matt, and Tom decide to take another trip to the Magic Shop... Long story short, Matt has no coordination, Tom has zero reflexes, Edd is oblivious, and Tord takes too many walks.
