Park Jimin, a 15 year old born in Busan, who's life flashed before his eyes when he saw his family killed. Little did he know he had power seeping through him and he proceeded to track his family's murderer and burn him to death. He's arrested and taken to a psychiatric ward that is hidden from the public of Korea. There he finds out who and what he really is.
