This is a fanfiction to what if Izuku had a portal quirk! This fanfiction will follow the main story line with a few changes here and there. There will also be an OC that everyone who read my previous work, "Izuku the Sea Dragon." I hope you enjoy this as much as I will.

Born as a human with the heart of a fishman, Izuku has lived his life dreaming of a day where he can enact his adopted mother's wish to bring the residents of Fishman Island to the surface and live among the humans. However, his own heart holds him back. See as Izuku becomes a hero for not only humanity, but the fishmen and merfolk of his homeland.

The Fourth Hokage's body was never found, but they never suspected that was because he hadn't died. Minato Namikaze wakes up six years after the devastating Kyuubi attack, alone in an overgrown clearing with not a scratch on him. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine. Needless to say, the blonde kage wasn't expecting so much time to have passed. Nor is he very impressed with the way the village has been treating his son all these years.

Izuku and Denki are twins for the couple of Tsunade and Jiraiya Senju. Their quirk is the same that's called chakra. Both of them have all the affinities and also they have great control of chakra. They are going to be prodigious as they are strong in Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Funinjutsu, etc the main pairing for presently is both of them get a small harem

Izuku gets an improved version of AFO after he learns that he's the son of AFO at the age of 10. He was announced quirkless at the age of 4 and since then his step-father and mother neglect him. Additionally, his older sister and her group of friends: Katsuki and Katsumi Bakugou, and Shoto and Shoka Todoroki, all bully him with their quirks and scar his entire body. So he runs away to America to train for 6 years and become as strong as possible. After he returns to Japan, he attends UA to accomplish his dream of becoming a hero. While there, he makes many friends and learns many things, and he becomes as strong as possible to stop his father and to save his loved ones.

A world where 95 percent of the world developed quirks. the arrival of quirks caused violence in the entire world. shortly after the appearance of first villains, heroes came. however, they were not enough on their own. so with the help of many nations. Thousands of heroes gathered together and formed the quirk navy. they were first backed up by 20 governments, but after a century they became a global force of justice that operated all around the world with their leaders being the best of them. together with the help of individual hero groups and local forces of the governments. However, as all action has a reaction; with their growing power, their enemies also get stronger. this is the story of a man who is willing to shift this fragile balance of the world for the sake of good and true justice.
