First off, I really recommend looking at 'The Adventures of Sans and Adult Frisk'. I'm basing their interactions on that. The story plot itself and mainly based on The Multiverse Rescue comic. Kidnappings and Murders were committed by the Top Wanted Villain, the villain must have kidnapped Izuku. Even worse, killed him.
