Lennon Sato has spent the better part of the last three years without James Collins, and she was content to spend the rest of her life that way. Or at least, she'd told herself that. She'd made new friends; she had a new life, one without the sweet boy who'd always been just down the street. She'd gotten over it, or as over it as she could get. He'd been the one to leave her. He'd been the the one that had hurt her. He'd been the one that chose, and he hadn't picked her. She'd lost a lot the summer before freshman year. Her twin brother was all but a stranger now and she hadn't properly spoken to her father in years. James had been the final blow.
