Written as a screenplay, The Kingdom of Moss and Daydreams follows Sally, or Sal, as she goes by on a trip home to see family. She has some difficulty getting back and winds up lost in the forests of Washington state. Also lost is a hiker named Alec. Both need to find a way back to civilization before they are lost in the forest forever.

The fate of Hell hangs in the balance. Not a single soul has arrived in Hell for the past three centuries. In just a month, Hell will collapse, taking the whole world with it. Accompanied by the wise-cracking Satan, a mere boy sets out to find the problem and fix it - but the results are so much bigger than anyone could have imagined.
