He then moves to Hell's Kitchen with his mother who is then killed by organized crime. Later on U.A. opens a American branch in Hell's Kitchen with transfer students. Izuku who has grown to be fourteen by this time has become a vigilante despite being blind has learned to "see". While being a vigilante is not illegal in America the transfer students have been asked to arrest him as a test while in reality it's a bounty on his head by the mysterious Kingpin.
