Some monks were able to trap you in a temple using some powerful artifacts for the time being but considering the fact that you're very powerful they wouldn't be able to keep you locked up for long so they needed a plan, after doing some research on you the monks found out that if you marked someone aka making a person your mate you would no longer be a danger to the world. So they called up the symbol of peace in Japan who went to the board of education. After lots of planning the bored along with the principal figured that this would be the best corse of action, they all know that they needed to act quick before some villains got to you first.
