Fürsorglich und sanft fragte sie das Mädchen, und drückte ihr einen Kuss auf die Stirn. "Daddy fehlt mir!" es war nicht mehr als ein flüstern, doch Bloom verstand es deutlich. Bloom stirch der kleinen ihre Orangefarbene Haarsträhne zurück und biss sich nachdenklich auf die Lippe. "Ich weiß mein Schatz, aber er wird sicher bald kommen!" es klang flehend. Für Boom Verhältnisse schon total hilflos. Nach einer Weile in deren Beide schweigend vor dem Kamin saßen, fing das kleine Mädchen wieder ihre Worte. "Mom bitter erzähl mir eine Geschichte!" sie schaute mit großen Flehenden Augen zu ihr herauf. "Über was den?" Nach einem kurzen Augenblick, antwortete sie zielsicher.
