Though they were victorious in sealing the beast, the monstrous servants of the Calamity still linger, and the most of the kingdom was lost to time and taken over by the wild. Opting to forgo their titles and start a new life as regular travelers before starting to rebuild the kingdom, Link and Zelda begin their new life in the Era of the Wild, trying to discover why the monsters still exist. Little do they know, someone might be guiding them toward a quite unexpected trial... Link is known to be a man of few words. In this case, it is completely true. He has been mute since he was very little, no one knows why. As you can probably expect, other people his age are rather vocal, especially about him not being so. Zelda sees through it. She takes a look further to see who is behind all of the silence, but it doesn't work out how she expected it to. Every summer Zelda is forced to go to her family's vacation home in the mountains, leaving her only friend behind. Link has been there for her for years, and she hates leaving him every break. When Zelda tries out for the role of Juliet in the school's Romeo and Juliet, she finds that a large number of girls deign to be Juliet. But when Link, Zelda's crush, lands the role of Romeo, Zelda is stuck as a side character. Link is why so many girls -a few guys too, of course- joined the theatre club this year. But then you've got Zelda. Who is truly loyal to theatre, and just found her luck when Link joined. Although, the girls who are fighting hard for Link have gotten a little annoying, taking her role without real talent. "Everyone gets a turn to play a major role, Zelda. You are the one who earned the role, but the counselor told me I can't give another lead to you until everybody's had one."

Zelda, a 17 year old high school girl that has it all. Looks, intelligence, popularity, riches and glories. But one thing was missing, having an empty void in her heart. On one typical day, an unusual boy named Link shows up in her life and turns her world around. **This is a Link x Zelda story **Modern AU

On a person's pendant is the first name of their soulmate, the name of the person their soul is bonded to. When young figure skating prodigy Zelda and young ice hockey prodigy Link received their names at the same time and it happened to be the other, they weren't pleased and they were determined to keep it a secret and keep away from eachother. However, being in many of the same classes, having the same birthday and having extremely bad luck, the two just couldn't do so. Now there is a pair figure skating competition, and it just so happens that Zelda is chosen to partner with the captain of Hyrule's ice hockey team to represent Hyrule. All characters are owned by Nintendo.

An event leads to Zelda staying over at Link's house. They both feel the romantic tension and constantly think about addressing it, but although they're more comfortable around each other than anyone else, saying just three words scared them both more than anything. They keep their true feelings to themselves, until Zelda finds a way to somehow break that tension... (All characters are owned by Nintendo)

A year has passed since the fall of the Calamity Ganon. Things are reliving in the kingdom. Zelda thought that things would have returned to normal between her and Link, but Hyrule's hero seems to carry a burden in these peaceful times. The princess wonders if she is the one causing him to be so distant and silent once again...

This will be taking place before the Great Calamity

Link and Zelda are on a journey on defeating Calamity Ganon .
