At twenty-two years old, Sydney has a great life: She's in college, working a steady job, in love with her wonderful boyfriend, Hunter, and rooming with her best friend, Tori. But everything changes when she discovers Hunter's cheating on her--and she is left trying to decide what to do next. Sydney becomes captivated by Ridge, her mysterious neighbor. She can't take her eyes off him or stop listening to the passionate way he plays his guitar every evening out on his balcony. And there's something about Sydney that Ridge can't ignore, either. When their inevitable encounter happens, they soon find themselves needing each other in more ways than one... Original music created for Maybe Someday by musician Griffin Peterson can be accessed through the website listed in the ebook and paperback. From the author of the New York Times bestsellers Slammed, Point of Retreat, Hopeless, This Girl, and Losing Hope, Maybe Someday is destined to be another bestseller and long-lasting fan favorite.

Nine chapters of the original First draft. I will provide updates when I can on what will happen next with this story. :) *** Ali Anglesey is the picture of grace, elegance, and poise. She's worked hard to be perfect girl appearance wise, aesthetic wise, friend wise and work wise, but it's all an act. An act she's been able to keep up for nearly ten years. After a fall out with the director of her ballet company though, Ali decides to go from full-time ballerina to full-time college student. Finding herself saddened by the loss of the one and only constant in her life since she was eight years old, she tries to be positive about pursuing a new adventure. That is until an unexpected change in events lands her in Professor Henry Davenport's lecture hall. As her past begins to come back to haunt her, Ali starts to wonder if she's made a terrible mistake stepping out of the safety of her bubble. Will she make it through the semester in one piece or will the handsome Professor threaten to tear apart the carefully constructed life she's built for herself and rip open old wounds she's buried deeply beneath years of toe tape and bandages?

** Winner of The Watty's 2014: Collector's Dream Award ** ** This is a true story. Now FULLY edited ** I was diagnosed with Cancer a week before my 16th Birthday. I had Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and had to undergo Chemotherapy and a Stem Cell transplant, back in 2003. My whole life changed. I wrote this book when I was 17, when all my treatment was over, to catalogue everything I had learned and experienced. I had no information about Cancer during my treatment; it was all aimed at adults and I was a teenager who didn't understand most of what happened. So I wrote this book. I was a teenager when I wrote, when I had Cancer and I wanted this to be an information, honest account of what it was really like to have Cancer and go through the treatment....from a teenager's perspective. It's sometimes funny, sometimes sad, always honest. There may be parts that you squint at, because you're embarrassed to read them...well, I was embarrassed writing them. But that's the whole point of honesty. To get it out in the open. To be real. And that's what this is.

#1 Teen Fiction | #1 Young Adult | #1 Romance "We all need someone to drive us mad." - The Wombats. He stared arrogantly down at me, a smirk plastered across his face. I sneered up at him with distaste, wanting to wrap my fingers around his neck and strangle that smirk off of him. He brushed my golden hair from my face, his long, slender fingers sparking electricity in my skin, making my knees wobble together. "Will you ever, forgive me?" he whispered huskily, his eyes intently staring into mine. His face was only mere inches from me. I just needed to reach out a little further to kiss him... "Yeah. Over my dead body." I snapped, before throwing my arms out forcefully, shoving my hands into his chest, pushing him from me. -*-*-*- He, is Carter Williams. I, am Lacey Adams. We were once, inseparable. The 'Golden Couple'. The unbreakable best friends, that everybody envied. Nothing could get between us. A part from being tighter than white on rice, we updated our status from friends to being in a relationship, frequently. We were neighbours, which meant our families were all close and even co-owned houses around our town. This, all is, until the day of my sixteenth birthday. Everything changed. The loving relationship we shared, was severed and torn apart. I couldn't hardly stand to look at him any more, without spitting fire that is. Every day is torture being around him. He was in all my classes at school and the window in my room was even directly aligned with his. So, what happens? My mother's mum gets sick, so dad and her fly out. Just them. Leaving me to stay with Carter and his parents, who are never home. We would be alone. In one house. Under the same roof. If I was insane before, I have no idea what I am now. © 2016 by LaurenJ22. Undone Realms series: bk. 1 Out of countless realms in the multiverse, Clara is trapped in one that won't let her breathe. Her life consists of a hotel in a tiny pocket universe overlapping our own. Nolan doesn't know any more about parallel worlds or pocket universes than Clara does. Running away from his abusive father, he finds work at the hotel. Depressed, Nolan wants to disappear as much as Clara wishes to be seen. There is little hope that they'll share anything beyond a palpable loneliness until the morning the barrier separating their planes of existence is breached and for the first time, Clara's unseen world is made visible. As Nolan is slowly drawn into Clara's breathless reality, he must decide whether the love of one person is worth crossing into a world that may never let him back into his own.
