It wasn't dark nor stormy nor night when Izuku found out he was quirkless, but it was a dark, stormy night when his life changed. After that night, he tried to understand at a young age. After collecting his thoughts and placing the blame on himself for not being strong to be strong enough and blamed those who didn't want to help him because of the law. At that time the law seemed to be against him, like his friends. Those laws were supposed to help the weak, like him, instead, they kept him from receiving that help because it said so. Why do heroes need such laws that stopped them from helping others? He hated those laws. Izuku is a hero, just a hero who brakes the rules to save others, he didn't have anything from holding him back. No one can be weak, like him.

Midoriya's quirkless. Shinsou has a "villainous" quirk. Their parents are villains, or don't really care about them. They had no friends, until they met each other by accident at preschool. They finally thought things were going to get better. Thing's just tumbled down one after another.

Yeah quirks are cool and all, but have you tried using your brain? It's magical. Izuku Midoriya was born quirkless but didn't let that stop him. He trained his body and mind until he became the strongest asset on the field. He has skills to rival Nezu and puts them to use every chance he gets whether it be, Sparring Kacchan, Running a cafe, taking care of his family, messing with the hero commision, or helping the many pros who frequent the cafe he owns. Not to mention he dabbles in befriending vilains, making red winged pros swoon, and taming angry exploding Pomeranians.

What if while all of this he also becomes a part-time vigilante just to get in some practice? Although, technically, he isn't breaking the law seeing he is quirkless so, yeah. I will make Eraserhead and PresentMic suffer in this because I find it funny that a vigilante they are after is RIGHT under their noses. Mature due to Bakugou's non-stop cursing. aaannnnd, because there may be violence (fighting) in this story.... it's a hero story, there is bound to be some fighting in it.
