All For One, retrieved from his father he takes the quirks from people who blackmail him and then gets rid of them as he can only have a max of 5 quirks and 3 of them are important. He gives them to quirkless people, who tend to become villains. And if he cannot find quirkless villains he just expels them by focusing them into one thing most likely drops of blood or hair and sells them on the black market. --------• In this book Shinso will be in 1-A.
