This book has A LOT of twist and turns. If you are looking for an immediately in love happy ever after book, this is not it. This has emotionally misguided souls, and real life situations in it. If you give up immediately after one thing happens that you do not like, them this book is not for you. What happens in one chapter may completely crumble or change in the next.

When Penny Peabody kicks her mourning daughter out and drops her off at a brothel. Arabella 'Pixie' Peabody decides to go live with her Mother's childhood friend, Alice Cooper. While attending Riverdale High she meets Sweet Pea and the other Southside Serpents. This leads to a relationship with Sweet Pea and a place in the Serpents.
