John Watson and Sherlock Holmes slowly come to realize they are in love with each other, but are either of them willing to admit how they feel?

John and Sherlock are getting more and more confused about their feelings for each other, and those feelings are getting stronger... A sudden turn of events leads to them going on holiday to Tokyo. Johnlock. This takes place more or less during season 2 (so no Fall, thank god). IF YOU KNOW ME IN REAL LIFE THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO STOP READING AND JUST GO AWAY, THANKS. I wrote this because I was a bit unnerved by how most johnlock fics presented Sherlock as if he was suddenly "normal", which he clearly isn't, and could speak his feelings freely, which I think isn't the case with him. This is how I imagine their relationship would begin, soooo comment and share if you like it!

Once the rings have been exchanged and the vows have been said, Sherlock and John are ready to settle down and get their fill of the domestic bliss that so often comes with marriage. Unfortunately, nothing is ever that simple for them... and they know the honeymoon period can't last forever. They'd promised each other "for better or for worse", but John had no idea just how bad 'worse' could be.

It all started with a trip. Sherlock had been acting weird, and everyone thought he was just stressed, so he and John go on a trip to Fiji. Yet, what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation from the stresses of detective work only opened the door for much more stress and confusion when John begins to have strange feelings around his colleague, Sherlock Holmes. And Sherlock is still acting strange.

John couldn't shake the feeling that something is wrong with Sherlock as John was battling with himself on his reoccurring thoughts of the detective, which he constantly shook off and seemed to think it was nothing. He's been acting strange towards the army doctor. But once John starts using his own methods of deductions, what he finds of Sherlock; and himself, will leave him shocked. But strangely relieved.

All Sherlock has ever thought about was himself, but one day a certain doctor came into his life and changed all of that. Sherlock never thought he could love someone, but after Moriarty and the fall, he realizes that he can love, but will he ever realize that people can love him back?
