⚠️⚠️MAJOR SPOILERS FOR THE RISE OF SKYWALKER, READ AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️⚠️ as the title suggests, this is an alternate ending to the movie The Rise of Skywalker. i absolutely hated the way JJ ended this movie, so i thought i'd write it the way that i wanted it to end. loosely inspired by some other fanfictions i've read on this topic. also, criticism is definitely open, i'm new to this and can use all the feedback i can get. enjoy, and may the Force be with you :)

(NO UPDATES AS OF 7-31-21) Takes place eight months after Rise of Skywalker... and tries to right JJ's wrongs After the fall of the Final Order, Rey finds herself being slowly disconnected from the force... but her luck turns when her deceased lover visits her in hopes that she will help him find his way back to the land of the living. With the help of her friends Finn, Poe, Rose, Chewie, the droids, and some other familiar faces, Rey sets out on a new adventure to bring back the man she loves.

What if Rey had taken Kylo Ren's hand? + Spoilers for The Last Jedi ahead + -- Kylo Ren x Rey Fanfiction -- After Kylo Ren successfully slaughters Supreme Leader Snoke and enlists Rey's help in destroying the Praetorian Guards, he pitches to her a plan to start a new. Killing both sides and letting the past die. He extends his hand in hope that Rey will take it and join him in starting the new order, and that she won't leave him alone to hunt them down one by one. -- !! This story takes place after Episode 9: Rise of Skywalker and does contain contain spoilers from that film as a result. This book is the second book in a series but it is written in a way where you can enjoy it by itself. The first book is called Forced Connection Episode 1. Rey has just lost Ben Solo after he has saved her from the break of death. However, her recently found feeling for him might be clouding her judgment. She swears she still feels him through their dyad connection and wonders if this means there is a chance of his return. This story is about her search for him and answers to other questions as well.
