Written 2018-2019-early 2020- discontinued Peter turned 16... and let's just say some weird things have been happening. Why are his eyes red?? So I started this out in my one shot book but decided it would be super fun to do separately as it's own book...

An ordinary accident leaves Peter Parker an orphan once again. The worst part was nothing could have prevented it, Aunt May was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Little did Peter know that he had a godfather, and Peter was very shocked to find Tony FREAKING Stark, of all people, was filling out his adoption paper. Even more so to find out Tony already knew he was the web slinging Spider-Man... though that still only left one problem. Tony had no idea Peter was a wizard. OR Peter's just the average student wizard who loses his last remaining family member. Oddly enough his #1 no-maj idol turns out to be his godfather and soon circumstances bring him to Hogwarts along with the bizarre twist of fate that lead his name being placed in the goblet of fire. Outrage rang out through the schools as not one, but two underage wizards were picked to represent Hogwarts in the Triwizard Tournaments. Peter never expected to be held in the lime light next to the famous 'Boy Who Lived.' Tony was only just getting used to the fact that his adopted spider-son was a wizard, now he had new worries for the kid as he participated in the deadly challenges of the tournament.

"Him. We need him." "Are you sure boss?" "I'm sure. Tell the soldier, he has a new mission." "Y-Yes" ***************************************************** "Help me" the words barely made it out of his lips, a pathetic choking sound retching from his throat at the attempt of rebellion on his captor. A sympathetic look came from the man who the winter spider thoughts name was 'tony'. "I wanna help you buddy, but I can't do that if I can't come close to you." He half joked. Buddy? A tugging in his mind was telling him not to trust him, but there was something else. A blind sense of trust for the man that was urging him to accept Tony's help. No. He's not your friend. You don't know him. Kill him. . . . Or they'll kill you. ***************************************************** "You were never to complete that mission. We just had to make it look like you were. You see, we have a better way of destroying the avengers, something worse than death. All we need, is to lure them here." He smirked, looking the winter spider straight in the eye. "But how?" "We have the perfect bait." "We do?" The boy asked, tilting his head slightly, childishly." "We do." . . . . . . . . . "You" ***************************************************** Just a heads up for those that have read my oneshots book, u can start at chapter 4, or just re-read if you'd like I honestly don't care but yea. After a traumatic experience at age 6, Peter Parker hasn't spoken a word. Most blame it on the fact that he witnessed his Uncle die in a horrible fire, this is only partly true. Now, almost 10 years later Peter is given the chance to finally speak, but will he take it? Or is the fear of his Aunt to much for him to take that chance? Either way, Tony Stark can tell something's not quite right about the "kind hearted" May Parker. (Don't get me wrong I love Aunt May! But I always wondered what if we put a little darkness in the character? That's where this AU was born. Peter's life as Spider-Man wasn't easy before and now with a manipulative and abusive guardian, things only get more complicated but he's still determined to listen to his uncles words: "With great power comes great responsibility) [Book 1 of The Broken Nor Series] [Book 2: Octo Callidus Debitum]

Amy doesn't like her brother at all, she is jealous of all the attention he gets, he's in a history book for heck's sake! I don't anything except the story, Amy and her friends, all right go to J K Rowling.
