This story can be read standalone. Anamika, the first wife of yuvraj(Crown Prince) Pratap Singh Rathod saw in her dream that all her maids are in a hurry to complete her dressing so that she could attend the puja(Prayer) with her husband. The puja meant for her to get pregnant or shall I say the puja meant for the heir of the kingdom. She was sure that it was a dream because she could see the younger version of herself in the mirror rather than the grandmother of three children. Only to realize that it is not a dream but a reality when she gets pain and saw blood due to the hairpin that the maids were putting in her head. Join Anamika in her journey of Rebirth. Read the full prologue inside the book.

Arranged marriage was an age-old story that Khushi, the youngest of the infamous Gupta family, who revolutionized and dominated the trading market for generations, knew well. For it was the only thing she heard growing up. But that neither prepared her nor comforted her as she got ready that morning. It was an important day, a day where she would trade her surname for a new one, her silence for a new chance, her respect for a new hope, her life for another. It was a day of contracts, both new and old. As she hid behind the traditional red shawl, knowing that the whole world would be watching her, waiting to pounce, she wondered why her mother never told her about any of the good marriages. The ones that worked out. The ones that had hope. The ones that had love. Probably because they don't exist, Khushi thought to herself. Only, destiny had believed otherwise. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a stand alone story that has no connection with the original show, Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon, except for the names of the lead characters. #1 in Doctor series "Doctor!!" A soft, warm, and euphonic voice of Dr. Ishaan came from very behind me. I whirled. "Hhaammppff" I gasped, finding him standing very, very, very close to me. I took a step back and stick my back with the table. His face was neutral but his eyes glistened similar to that of the tip of the iceberg on a sunny day. Placing his hands upon the table on either side of my body, and trapping me, he lowered his head, precisely near my left ear. "Did I say," he crooned softly, then raising his head and gazing deeply into my eyes, he shifted to my right ear... I gulped and started breathing heavily. With his left hand, he tucked my short, wavy hair strands behind the right ear. "That. You. Look. Elegant. In. Maroon," he complimented, and taking a few steps back gazing at me deeply, he turned around and... he wandered off leaving me numb. **** On her first day in a hospital as a postgraduate in General Surgery, Ishika Mishra was surprised to learn the truth that the man with whom she had a disrespectful encounter in front of her dad's factory was her senior Surgeon, Dr. Ishaan Sharma. Who is one big apathetic creature of the world and behaved like a stranger to her in the hospital? Though being kind-hearted, there was some distressing incident in Ishaan's past that impelled him to live a life of loneliness, seclusion, and unhappiness. For a girl with the essence of high spirit and zest, that was an indigestible fact. Hence to know him, to perceive him Ishika gets down to provoke him. Indeed, it leads Ishaan's temper to go to the peak of irritation. His flare-up comes out in form of either yelling at her or avoiding her. Howbeit, working in the same hospital and even department, situations bring them to stand in front of each other. Neither does she stop annoying him nor does he stop being arrogant with her. Nevertheless, their hearts enhance one strong emotion that eventually, leads them to seek each other.
