Recent cases show civilians randomly dying all over the country, all dying from brain aneurysms. The death pole in England increased by 20% in two months, and is still increasing. The only connection between all these mysterious deaths is one thing, and one thing only; a photograph. Evidence shows that implanted in the victims' clothes, or somewhere around them, is a photograph of them moments before their deaths. Not only that, but a similar case has happened 20 years earlier and lasted for a year before enigmatically stopping. Seems that history is repeating itself. 27-year-old homicide detective and former forensic detective, Ivory Hughes, suspects this is not a sort of epidemic, but a mass murder. Epidemic, murder, curse, whatever it is, one thing is for sure: the streets of Birmingham will never be the same again. "Photographs tell a story that people cannot twist with their words."

[Under major changes] "All I asked for was peace. Not any less or more." Both teenagers, Hassan Saad and Radiya Mansour lived a life of serenity throughout their time on earth. Nothing seemed to fall out of place as they awaited their well-expected graduation which would have been peeking at their doors in the short span of a year. But one day political conflicts arise and in the batter of an eyelash, everything was falling apart tragically. They find themselves in an irrational affair with death, the finest line they had ever been pushed to walk on. Fate has never been stronger and their lives were on display to the harsh world just to be stolen from them ultimately. Will the line snap, leaving them to be doomed, or not? Alternating between Radiya and Hassan's broken voices as they hold onto their dear lives, They Stole Our Lives is a heartbreaking novel about the abundant lives lost to the Arab Spring throughout the Middle East. While shedding light on the most unspoken topics accompanying that situation, it will leave you in ethereal tears even before you set thumb on the end.

"I dare you to kiss the girl on your right." The girl on the right. . . my sleep deprived mind made out sluggishly. Girl on the right, it repeated again and my eyes flew open, all atom of sleep disappearing from them. I was the girl on the right! *** Bullied for the colour of her skin ever since she could remember, Olayinka doesn't know what it means to be accepted. She's called trash and treated as an outcast all because of the school's resident bad boy and top bully, Kian Fields. Senior year starts with Kian suddenly becoming very nice and naive Olayinka, unaccustomed to this type of attention and desperately wishing for acceptance, begins to fall for him. That is, until Jayden Ross enters the equation. Jayden is nerdy, wears ugly glasses and is definitely not Olayinka's kind of guy. But as he aids Olayinka in standing up for herself, she can't help but be drawn to his shy and gentle exterior. With Kian showering his attention on her and Jayden, who looks out for her all the time, Olayinka is attracted to both of them. Could this be her very own love triangle or is it just in her head? But maybe, just maybe she'll finally be able to live as any other teen her age would, worrying about boys and perhaps she'll finally be considered normal. *** Second Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Undiscovered Awards 2020*** ***Feautured in Wattpad Ambassador NG reading list*** ***First Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Evergreen Awards*** ***Third Place in Teen Fiction Category for The Faith Awards***
