For the past 2000 years or so, the humans on Earth had biologically evolved, presumably adapting to changing genes from viruses that crushed many of their own. In that defense, they changed to fit into their new world, where all had produced the abilities that had called 'quirks'. Technoblade had been interested in the history of quirks, but never had the inch of interest in the quirks themselves. I mean, how could he?
