When Monse's mother left, she took her older sister Dallas with her. Monse thought that they're leaving for a trip but when she got older she realized they left her but Dallas never wanted to. Selena took her. so after eleven years Dallas left her mother and came back to Monse and her father. oh, and Oscar.

Monse is about to leave for writing camp in a number of days, ruby, cesar, and Jamal all decide to make the most out of their final days together before the summer, but after one confusing night, monse wont be the only thing coming back from camp

Sequel of New On The Block: Cesar's mom, Dana, just came back to Freeridge and dropped a serious bomb. She admitted to being the leader of another gang, the Disciples. If Cesar doesn't give up Santo territory she'll make sure he regrets it. Monse's hiding a few things from Cesar, Jamal is helping with a new case, and Ruby is making a few serious changes.

After a party they go down a messy path and they can't go back. Even after years they're still willing to be cheaters if it means they can be together.
