Puzzles are difficult the more pieces, or the less and vague pieces there are. Murders have popped up again, this time targeted to the pro-hero Nighteye. The murder is after revenge for something hero had apparently done. Part Two of the "Too Late" series --- Bakugo doesn't know how to handle the events of what happened with Midoriya. He can't stand the teachers and the police constantly asking him questions, he hates the reporters that keep bothering him and most of all, he hates seeing Midoriya in a hospital bed.

No one knows what happened. One day, Izuku Midoriya is living his life with the dream of being a hero, and the next day he's just gone. His mother is fixed on the thought that he's just missing, others think he's dead, Katsuki Bakugo believes he ran away. When Midoriya turns out to be alive, and on the side of villains, Bakugo realizes it may just be his fault for the sudden turn of Midoriya's dream. Is it too late to fix everything that's happened and make things right?
