America is told by his family that his father found a job in a small town. He is told that they will move. America is sad and angry about the move because he must leave his friends behind. However, america finds a mysterious book he but it in his bag. He finds a private place and opens it, he feels his body merge as he turns into a fluffy mammal. USSR is the only person to figure out how to remove wings harmlessly and without damaging them, so winged countries are brought to him to get their wings removed.
