"Izzy let's talk about this..." Bossman states his voice strained over the phone. He was fucking stalling again and I was this close to screaming at him over the phone. I helped the Blackbourne team clean up that terrible school, I sat through the entire freaking trial, I testified as to what had happened that terrible day in the restaurant, and I even went to Afghanistan to bail out an Academy team. I fucking deserved a vacation. "I'm about to board a plane." I state bluntly into the phone voiding my voice of any emotion as I state facts. "I'm going fucking home." Hanging up the phone I hand over my passport to the overly friendly woman behind the desk. Pushing my cell phone into my back pocket, I force a smile to her. "One way ticket to Catania Airport." I state in Pashto and the woman's eyes widen. Stunned she gives a quick nod and starts typing in her computer. Izzy has been away from her crows for almost a year but the Academy has been keeping her away without reason. There is no excuse now though. Izzy is headed home whether the Academy likes it or not.
