"So let me get this straight," Percy said, staring straight at Zeus. "When you gods and goddess' were born, an invisible chain called the Chain of Immortals was made? This chain basically is like your string of Fate?" Hades nodded, glancing at me. "The chain is recently getting cut. The smaller gods and goddess' are disappearing. It wont be long until all of us are gone, " A murmur went through the gods. I stayed quiet as Percy asked questions to the Big Three. It was crazy how he could be so calm just after just a few days ago Annabeth and him had gone separate ways. I watched him from afar. To be honest, I still didn't know how I felt about Percy. I had told Jason that I didn't harbor feeling for him... After the war with Gaea, Percy and Annabeth broke up after he found her kissing a son of Apollo. A few days later, Percy and Nico are assigned to a mission. The mission is to find who is cutting the Chain of Immortals and bring them to the gods of Olympus. This is clearly easier said then done. While Nico still is unaware of what his feelings are for Percy, Nico ponders if Percy will love him or not. As Nico's feelings become more clear, how will Percy feel about Nico? Like all other nights, Nico takes it hard. He breaks down every now and then with Jason supporting him. One night, Percy found out that Nico has been hurting lately, trying to run away from problems. He's determined to help the younger demigod but little does he know he's causing this "problem". On the process of running away, Nico meets a boy who looks like him but older. PERCICO.

So Nico disappears when Annabeth and Percy started dating. Percy has been worried sick and begins to question his relationship with Annabeth. They break up and Nico returns.
