Boarding school is bullshit. High School is bullshit, and Bakugou Katsuki wants nothing to do with it. Doesn't give a shit about grades or homework or any of that crap, and is more than tired of the damn principal breathing down his neck every second of the day. And to add a cherry on top of a the shit sundae that is high school, he gets reassigned rooms and ends up with a way-too-fucking enthusiastic Hair-for-Brains idiot who's probably got the biggest, dumbest smile he's ever seen. Of-fucking-course. ~ Kirishima's always been happy to meet people and make new friends. Needless to say, he's ecstatic when he's informed that he's <i>finally</i> getting assigned a roommate after a month of living alone in a dorm room. When Midoriya notices how detached Todoroki is as soon as the holidays hit the UA dorms, he makes it a personal goal to help Todoroki enjoy his first Christmas as much as possible. But on the other hand, Todoroki is hiding his own secret.. it'll only be a matter of time before it won't be locked up anymore. Meanwhile, All Might has something big planned for Midoriya as well... but unlike all of the surprises with One For All's potential, this is other news that might blow everyone away. There are a lot of contradictory sentences in the story and I haven't gotten the chance to go back and edit it. 10/14/20: It's been a year, and now that I'm looking over this, I thought I'd add in more plotlines and having the characters *actually* be in character. Gotta admit, it's very hard to write Bakugou, so I can't promise that I have him nailed down quite yet. He's not exactly the kind of guy to open up, so I made sure to stay true to that. As of now, I've only updated up to Chapter 9! When Denki has to cover his friend's shift at work, he's also forced to ride the bus home.
