One might be able to offer opinions and judgments from an outsider's perspective. Will this patriarchal society open its welcoming arms for a divorced woman as it does for a man? Will the judgmental and hypocritical society drop the game of victim-blaming and shaming? ♣♣♣ At 48, Padmini felt devastated and doomed, when she realised that 30 years of her fight to keep surviving in the abusive marriage had been nothing but futile effort. The revelation that her husband Chandrakanth had been in a steady affair for the past ten plus years while being married to her shattered her wounded soul beyond measures.
