Spinel returns to Earth to visit Steven for a month. She realizes that she has a crush on the savior of the galaxy and decides to confess after he seems to share similar signs. They end up becoming official, but Connie isn't too joyous about their upbringing. She runs off and temporarily gives Steven the silent treatment. Besides dates, cuddles, and emotional conversations, Steven and Spinel have a whole new problem awaiting them when they get a message from a gem saying that White Diamond is wreaking havoc on Homeworld. Unbeknownst to them, they will be facing a threat greater than the Diamonds themselves. so this is a story where basically spinel was abandoned in the garden and pink comes back but as rose and spinel doesnt know that shes pink things get pretty complicated well just read and you'll see she'll become a crystal gem as the story goes on once the baby that rose had was born spinel was happy but sad at the same time she didnt visit steven as a baby that much because she still didnt know rose was pink but got close to her after pink was "shaterred" and missed once steven was well 14 spinel started developing feelings for him and so did steven and thats all i can say now stay put and enjoy

It was tough work healing all of Beach City. From the land to the settlements, all that was wrecked has now been rebuilt stronger and better than ever. But despite the prosperity, Steven misses Spinel more than he'll ever admit. Eventually, he's had enough and decides to go visit her on Homeworld. The question is though, is this feeling due to being separated from a new friend or is it fact something much deeper? Furious, Spinel flees back to earth to her best friend, Steven. After spending time with him, she realizes she's grown to really like Steven. Steven and the Crystal Gems have already finished saving the universe, and they decided to check on an old friend.. Spinel. Spinel felt rather lonely, because of the diamonds' discipline, she felt like they didn't care for her as much as the Crystal Gems did. Or as much as Steven did.

It had been 2 Years prior to what happened with Spinel. Things on earth had been peaceful, Yet alot had changed alot overall. Population lowered, businesses closed, ect. Steven is now 18 years old and still lives with the gems, they are like family to him. Steven and Spinel had also became really close friends. Close enough so that a certain pink gem started crush on Steven. (Also this is an alternate universe where gems can have children and live where rose died while giving birth to Steven and he survived and they gave him her gem)
