"Hey," his voice is a lot softer, and I feel a nearing presence from behind. Without warning, Leo snakes his arms around my waist and rests his chin on my shoulder, which I can tell is a genuine effort to comfort me. But my emotions go from down and dejected to my skin sparking with awareness at his touch, and my whole body tenses. He releases one hand, and I watch it as he raises it until it's behind me and out of my peripheral vision, before I feel fingers gently stroking and massaging my scalp. "I know it's been tough on you, but you're not going through this alone anymore. You have me, and everyone else. I'll personally hold your hand through it all, and be there to pick you up and hold you tight when you need it." Leo gently grips my shoulders to gently turn me around to face him, and he can definitely see my flushed face, burning bright red, and my saucer eyes. Regardless, he leans towards me, gently pecking my forehead, before pulling back, and his eyes narrow, giving a sultry look. His dark gaze is focused on an area below my eyes as he starts to lean in, and I can't help but not turn away. My skin is crawling with anticipation, and I feel my eyelids drooping too and him attracting me towards him like a magnet... It's addicting Not really but it's something

After Leonardo figured out who he was and how he came to be, he discovered his ex girlfriend Is a crazed demon child and that she cheated on him. He also found out that his Mother is the mayor of crazy ville. AND that his father used to be normal before he got hit in the head with a mace.....But there's more: Leo found out that his brother, Eclipse Moon, is like him. Winged. You may think everything is all happy and perfect and somewhere in a field a bunch of bunnies and raccoons are singing and dancing. Hah! No. Leo is plagued by nightmares. Ones that don't make sense and ones that make perfect sense. Every time he closes his eyes he sees them. Those lifeless black holes that are their eyes. Their shared toothed smiles. Their pale, sallow skin...They haunt Leo...but what he's most scared of.....is the one....shrouded in his old cloak....The one with the single, red, glowing eye... "Thoreau is back." He smirked. "Shh! Don't utter that name!" "Hah! Don't tell me you believe in that tall tale!" "It's not a tale.....its real...."

Leonardo has killed the leader of the Footclan Shredder and things are still not looking good. Other bad guys like the Purple Dragons are still rampaging in New York City and Raph's loyalty that he once had for Leo has vanished including Leo's patience with his hotheaded brother has disappeared since both of them have once been under Shredder's brainwashing and the effects of that is turning both brothers against each other causing them both to fight, rough house and insult each other. But one day Leo gains new powers and is afraid to lose control over them while Raph decides to try and help his brother.

"The beast is sad and tired," the voice hissed from the shadows like water on hot metal. It sent fear into my chest that wrapped around my heart and squeezed. I was paralyzed. Usually, a claim like that might calm me but not when it's uttered by an 8 foot beastie cornering me in a sewer tunnel. "And...And, what am I to do about that?" I stuttered over my words, my chest tightening up at the lack of oxygen in my lungs. I gulped down as much air as I could, taking clipped breaths as the beast chuckled. I squeaked as I found myself pressed up against the wall, hoping the brick would open up and eat me whole. The beast chuckled lowly like the deep rumble of a volcano, inching towards me with their lurching gait. I flattened myself further against the wall as they reached out, their freezing, bony hand capturing my chin. I was forced to look into those round, fluorescent eyes staring at me through the skull of an elk. "All you need to know, dear human, is that your little renaissance artist won't be here to save you this time."
