His clan is struggling to stay alive while the death Berries are mysteriously picking them off one by one, and to make matters worse an unknown illness hits all the clans. Death has become inevitable, no cat is safe in this world of kill or be killed. The Thunderclan camp has become a war zone, Tigerstar has found a way to turn the clan on itself. Can Firestar keep his clan together and stop Tigerstar's schemes? Well, he doesn't really have a choice. Or else Tigerstar wins and the clans are doomed.

*NOTE* This book is completed but the sequel was abandoned due to lack of interest, many subplots are resolved but the overall plot is incomplete, sorry!! *NOTE* In a freak accident, Tigerstar and the other dark forest cats have been reborn after dying in the final battle. Sandstorm and Firestar are sent to the future in the same timeline as the evil cats in an attempt to save the clans, being reborn as kits. Firestar is once again challenged and finds himself face to face with his old enemy. Tigerstars back, and this time he has no intention of losing.
