Vance Randall is a 16 year old going to Edgestall High, but this isn't your average high school. Everyone has a quirk, better known as a power. Vance has Soul Surge, which means he can use the souls of the dead and use them as a wall that he can push forward or an elevator. But he isn't like the rest of the students there. He wants to become a villain. Little does he know, there are two others that are the same as him. Can the three of them overcome the entire class and become villains, or will their classmates put a stop to them?
