Jotaro and Holly Kujo have now moved to America to live with Jotaro's old man Joseph Joestar, all while Polnareff is away in France doing whatever that Frenchman can get himself into. But after a new alert it has been revealed that 7 new enemy stand users have come out of hiding to start causing as much chaos as they can possibly cause. Jotaro and Joseph decide to reunite the remaining Stardust Crusaders and continue the journey they had thought they ended...
