If you're judging this book by its cover and title, you're already proving the point this story wants to make. Try to move past this satirical obstacle in front of you. This is a story about bullying, and like the hundreds of other books on the topic, it will show you the harsh reality of being discriminated, belittled, ridiculed for something you cannot control- how you look, who you love, or what you believe in. But unlike these books, this story's sole purpose is not to tear your heart out of your chest as you mourn over your loss of faith in humanity. Instead, this book will make you laugh and love alongside these characters. Our story starts on one of the most important days of a persons life. The day they turn eighteen, the day they get to contact their soulmate. There are a few different ways that it can happen, but it usually depends on how your parents found each other. In this case it's with writing. Writing is a magical thing that can connect people from all over the world. Some of the greatest love stories wouldn't have happened without it. (Not to mention the friends you can have on the other side of the world.) This girl didn't want to make friends with people on the other side of the world though. She just wanted her soulmate, and on her eighteenth birthday, that's what she got. ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ Charlotte wants to find her soulmate. She has a lot standing in her way though, she needs to overcome a bully, high school, and younger twin brothers who always seem to get in the way at the worst moment
